Bush shopping

These self-serve farmers' produce spots are quite common near Mildura, NSW. This one is the most creative in design!
Also, as Plutonian Kriket and others would know, oranges are related to another fruit that is very dear to my heart (^^)

Trees

Trees, in its many forms, are mesmerising, especially dead trees - each one, with its branches bare and twisted in its own way, is like an individual sculpture. Elegant carcasses.

Back to Broad Beans

After sowing the broadbeans in shallow soil, I read that they should be sown at a depth of three times its diameter....I was thinking of re-digging them up and re-sowing until I saw these:

Kuringai National Park

Spontaneously went on a one day bush walk on Saturday with a friend who is not a super bushwalking fan. Yet from those pictures, she seems to have enjoyed it (despite malfunctioning shoes and a leech bite).

Walking in a group of ten meant that I could not slow down as I wished, otherwise I would have had a closer look at the intricate spider webs, the fan-shaped mushrooms growing at the foot of a gum tree, and the thin trails of water running down rock faces.
